Policy for large quantity orders over 10 hats is no returns accepted for refund, returns can be made for store credit only. Buyer must contact us within 2 days after receiving the order to place a return. Custom made hats are non returnable, custom color hats other then what is shown in photo are not returnable. If you are planning a party and need large quantities of hats 24 or more, we will make you a great deal on them. Just contact us with your needs
