If you are unhappy with your item you can return it by contacting us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Items must be returned within 10 business days in unused new condition and not damaged in anyway. You must email matt@truckerhatusa.com or call us at 925-270-8775 to arrange a return, if you do not, your return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost required for the return and any shipping cost will not be refunded. We will be happy to assist you with your return when you contact us. Custom made hats and custom color hats other then what is shown in photo is not returnable.
