To initiate a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at Matt@TruckerHatUSA.com or by phone at (925) 270-8775. Returns that are not pre-approved will not be accepted.
Return Requirements:

Items must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. 
- 
Products must be in new, unused condition and free from any damage. 
- 
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
- 
Once your return is approved and received, we will process the appropriate refund or credit.

Custom-made hats and custom color selections (any variation not shown in the product listing photo) are non-returnable. 
- 
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
