Ford Trucks Hat Trucker hat snap back style cap

I was accidentally sent the wrong hat for a Christmas order. It was a very understandable mistake since the two hats are so similar. I didn’t open the box it came in, I simply wrapped it and waited until Christmas to give it to my son. We realized it was wrong since we were replacing his BADLY worn and nasty one that came from here a few years ago. I sent an email with a picture of the hat and the invoice. I had a response within a few hours (even on a weekend) apologizing and promising to ship the correct hat. I received an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking number a couple days later. When I responded to ask for the return address I was told to keep the extra hat at no charge. I’ve ordered from Truckerhatusa.com in the past and will most definitely continue to order from them in the future. The hats are good quality and last several years. My son’s old hat is still going strong, I’m just tired of seeing all the grease stains from working on vehicles while wearing it. This old one has been washed in the washing machine dozens of times and still has ALL THE LOGO AND PRINT ON IT.
